Chief Executive Officer and President

Rahul Merchant has over 25 years of leadership and experience in the Financial Services and Technology industries. Most recently Rahul served as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Member of the Executive Committee at Fannie Mae. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Technology Officer at Merrill Lynch.

His previous experience also includes senior leadership roles at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Sanwa Financial Products. Rahul currently serves on the Boards of Sun Microsystems (JAVA:NASDAQ), Netuitive, and Collebara, Inc. and on the Board of Advisors of the American India Foundation. He is also on the Board of World BPO Forum and an advisor to venture capital firms. Rahul is a frequent speaker at SIA, TiE, and CIO.

Alla Rozenfeld

Chief Technology Officer

Alla has over 20 years of technology and management experience in the financial services, telecommunications, Internet, and information services industries with a track record of creating new technologies and leveraging them to build successful businesses.

Prior to joining Exigen Mortgage Asset Management, Alla held a variety of senior engineering and product leadership roles in large companies and venture-backed startups including: Thomson Corporation, Ziff Communications (acquired by Thomson), iPass (went public in 2003), Telephia (acquired by Nielsen), FusionOne, and Sonopia. In these roles, Alla developed product and technology vision and strategy, architected and delivered new, large-scale, complex enterprise and consumer products and services that are used by millions of customers worldwide, built and managed global distributed engineering and product organizations, established and managed relationships with strategic partners and customers in US, Europe, and Asia.

Alla holds a M.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Polytechnic University. She is an author of three US patents.
